Lovely week about the uk with @londonsymphrocks

Llandudno - Derby - York - Middlesbrough - Bradford - Blackpool

Just about to get on the double decker home for 2 weeks with this beautiful lot. UK business. @londonsymphrocks

@roland_vdrums @roland.creatives @porter_and_davies @fir.audio

I’m a big fan. I have 2 pairs (in both colour options naturally) #soyuz013fet

Would argue I prefer them to a km184.

Generally living as L&R overheads in the drum booth.

Amazing on pizz upright and guitar/pno/everything.

Come and play

I only meant to buy a y splitter cable for £8…

I’m a drummer with a guitar problem.

The eco system. Everything in the studio is tracked through 4 @uaudio APOLLOs. Choosing the pres depending on genre/individual tracks.

I love them, they will soon be rack mounted for transportability to do location recording. 32 channels baby.

Impulse purchase #456 blames @adammartinmusic for my beautiful @fender Princeton reverb

I kept my hotrod so I can use its 12” speaker as a cab for the Princeton creating tone options… and it looks fit.

Come and play

I grabbed this beauty a few years ago as (one of my many) impulse purchases. Thanks to @mikeyontheskins for telling me how great it is.
It’s a SONY C55p and also a bit rare. The capsule can rotate 90° and has options for roll off, voicings

I was waiting for this mic for over 10 years. Finally my baby.

It’s an AKG D25 - the rarer and shock-mounted big brother of the D12

Thanks @patrickhayes89

Come and use it in my studio.

Back out for a couple of weeks with the fam @londonsymphrocks
@porter_and_davies
@fir.audio
#rolandartist #roland #rolanddrums #vdrums #drumstagram

@itseleanorgrant thought it was a good idea that we worked together. She set me a deadline. I probably would have never “finished” without it.
She’s magic. Amazing songwriter with an unreal voice that I’m blessed to live with
